Legal Advisor

The Legal Advisor is responsible for advising the RPIM, DSRM, and response section managers on all legal aspects related to response and cleanup activities. The legal advisor is also responsible for keeping abreast of the current regulations and policies involving spill control and cleanup and seeing that the response team adheres to them.
