Scientific Support Manager

The Scientific Support Manager (SSM) is not a position in and of itself, rather it is a title bestowed upon one of the following supervisors for the purpose of merging all scientific reports and information and passing same to the RPIM, TRC, Strategy/ Tactics Manager, and Environmental Protection Manager for planning and decision making. Manageable span-of-control considerations make it necessary to have only a few individuals armed with the facts report to the TRC.
