Strategy/Tactics Manager

The Strategy/Tactics Manager (STM) is not a position in and of itself, rather it is a title bestowed upon one of the following supervisors for the purpose of meeting all recommended strategies and tactical information and passing same to the RPIM, TRC, and OPS Chief for planning and decision making. Manageable span-of-control considerations require the TRC have only a few individuals armed with the facts reporting to him.
