Time Unit Manager
The Time Unit Manager (TUM) is responsible for ensuring that daily personnel time recording documents are prepared and that the corporate or sponsor time policy is being met. The TUM is responsible for ensuring equipment time recording is accomplished for off-shore and shoreline/inland operations. If necessary, because of contractors involvement in the spill response, personnel time records will be collected and processed for each operational period. The TUM may desire to have assistants assigned that are familiar with the corporate time reporting policy.
